Human Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Beta (GSK3b) ELISA Kit
The Human Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3 Beta (GSK3B) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the precise measurement of GSK3B levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for a variety of research applications.Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3 Beta (GSK3B) is a key enzyme involved in signaling pathways that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of GSK3B activity has been implicated in various diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and diabetes.
Therefore, the measurement of GSK3B levels is crucial for understanding its role in disease pathogenesis and for developing potential therapeutic interventions. The Human Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3 Beta (GSK3B) ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying the function of GSK3B in health and disease. Its high sensitivity and specificity make it a reliable choice for quantifying GSK3B levels in biological samples and advancing research in the field of cellular signaling and disease mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
