Human Glycogen Phosphorylase, Liver (PYGL) ELISA Kit
The Human Glycogen Phosphorylase Liver (PYGL) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of PYGL levels in human serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for various research applications.Glycogen phosphorylase liver is a key enzyme in glycogen metabolism, playing a crucial role in energy production and storage in the liver. Dysregulation of PYGL has been linked to metabolic disorders such as diabetes and glycogen storage diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing new therapeutic strategies.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to study the intricate role of PYGL in human health with the Human Glycogen Phosphorylase Liver (PYGL) ELISA Kit. Order yours today and unlock new insights into glycogen metabolism and associated diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
