The Human Glycine Transporter 1 (GLYT1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of GLYT1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.GLYT1 is a key protein involved in the transportation of glycine, an important neurotransmitter in the brain that plays a crucial role in regulating neuronal activity.
Dysregulation of GLYT1 has been implicated in various neurological disorders such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, and neuropathic pain, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.By using the Human GLYT1 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify GLYT1 levels in human samples, gaining valuable insights into the role of glycine transportation in neurological disorders and potential avenues for targeted treatments.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
