Human Glutathione S Transferase Theta 1 (GSTt1) ELISA Kit
The Human Glutathione S-Transferase Theta 1 (GSTT1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of GSTT1 in human samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing precise and consistent results for various research purposes.GSTT1 is an important enzyme involved in the detoxification of harmful substances in the body, playing a key role in protecting cells from oxidative damage. Dysregulation of GSTT1 has been linked to various health conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying diseases such as cancer, liver diseases, and drug metabolism.
With the Human GSTT1 ELISA Kit, researchers can explore the role of GSTT1 in disease pathology, drug responses, and environmental exposures, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. Trust in the accuracy and reliability of this kit for all your GSTT1 research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
