Human Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 4 (GSTa4) ELISA Kit
The Human Glutathione S-Transferase Alpha 4 (GSTA4) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of GSTA4 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, providing researchers with reliable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.GSTA4 is an important enzyme involved in cellular detoxification processes, playing a key role in the metabolism of various compounds such as drugs, xenobiotics, and carcinogens. Dysregulation of GSTA4 expression has been linked to a range of health conditions including cancer, oxidative stress-related diseases, and drug resistance, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and developing targeted therapies.
With the Human GSTA4 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure GSTA4 levels in human samples, enabling them to gain insights into the role of this enzyme in health and disease. This kit is easy to use, providing robust and reproducible results that are essential for advancing research in the field of cellular detoxification and drug metabolism.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
