Human Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 3 (GSTa3) ELISA Kit
The Human Glutathione S-Transferase Alpha 3 (GSTA3) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of GSTA3 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.GSTA3 is an important enzyme involved in the detoxification of harmful substances and the regulation of oxidative stress in cells. Abnormal levels of GSTA3 have been linked to various diseases such as cancer, liver diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human GSTA3 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently analyze GSTA3 levels in human samples with precision and efficiency, aiding in the advancement of scientific understanding and the development of targeted treatments for GSTA3-related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
