Human Glutamate Decarboxylase 2, Acid (GAD2) ELISA Kit
The Human Glutamate Decarboxylase 2 (GAD2) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting GAD2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures precise and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.GAD2, also known as Glutamate Decarboxylase 65 (GAD65), is an enzyme responsible for the conversion of glutamate to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). GAD2 is essential for the regulation of neurotransmission and is associated with neurological disorders such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and schizophrenia.
Studying GAD2 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these conditions and aid in the development of therapeutic strategies. The Human GAD2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of GAD2 in neurological disorders and exploring potential treatment options. With its high performance and ease of use, this kit is a valuable asset for any laboratory conducting research in the field of neuroscience. Order yours today to advance your research efforts in understanding the role of GAD2 in health and disease.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
