The Human Glucose Transporter 2 (GLUT2) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive tool for the precise measurement of GLUT2 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers accurate and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.GLUT2 is a vital protein responsible for glucose transport across cell membranes, playing a crucial role in glucose homeostasis and insulin secretion.
Dysregulation of GLUT2 expression has been associated with metabolic disorders such as diabetes, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human GLUT2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a powerful tool for researchers looking to unravel the complex mechanisms underlying glucose metabolism and its impact on various pathological conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
