Human G6PD (Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase) CLIA Kit
The Human G6PD (Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of G6PD levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for various research applications.G6PD is a key enzyme involved in the pentose phosphate pathway, playing a crucial role in maintaining cellular redox balance and protecting cells from oxidative damage.
Deficiencies in G6PD are linked to conditions such as hemolytic anemia and favism, making it an important biomarker for studying these disorders and developing potential treatments. With the Human G6PD CLIA Kit, researchers can accurately measure G6PD levels in human samples, gaining valuable insights into the pathophysiology of related diseases and exploring new therapeutic strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human G6PD. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human G6PD and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human G6PD, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human G6PD. You can calculate the concentration of Human G6PD in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
