The Human Fusion (FUS) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the quantitative measurement of FUS levels in human biological samples. This advanced kit is designed for precise and reliable detection of FUS protein in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, allowing researchers to confidently study the role of FUS in various disease states and biological processes.FUS is a key RNA-binding protein that plays a critical role in regulating gene expression, RNA processing, and important cellular functions. Abnormalities in FUS have been linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD), highlighting the importance of studying FUS expression and function.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human Fusion (FUS) ELISA Kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for researchers investigating the role of FUS in disease pathology and potential therapeutic interventions. Order yours today and take your research to the next level with this innovative ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
