Human Fucosidase Alpha L1, Tissue (FUCa1) ELISA Kit
The Human Fucosidase Alpha-L1 (FUCA1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the precise measurement of fucosidase alpha-L1 levels in human tissue samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results that are suitable for a variety of research purposes.Fucosidase alpha-L1, also known as FUCA1, is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the breakdown of fucose-containing glycoconjugates. Dysregulation of FUCA1 has been linked to various diseases, including lysosomal storage disorders and cancer.
Therefore, measuring FUCA1 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. The Human FUCA1 ELISA Kit facilitates the investigation of FUCA1 expression in tissues, aiding researchers in understanding the physiological and pathological roles of this enzyme. With its robust performance and ease of use, this kit is an essential tool for advancing research in the field of molecular biology and biochemistry.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
