Human Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 5 (FNDC5) ELISA Kit
The Human FNDC5 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of human fibronectin type III domain-containing protein 5 (FNDC5) levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With a high level of sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for research in a variety of fields.FNDC5 is a protein known for its role in regulating metabolism and promoting the production of irisin, a hormone that affects energy expenditure and has potential therapeutic benefits for conditions such as obesity and diabetes.
The measurement of FNDC5 levels can provide valuable insights into these metabolic processes and aid in the development of innovative treatment strategies.Whether studying metabolic disorders, exploring the mechanisms of exercise-induced changes in metabolism, or investigating the potential of irisin as a therapeutic target, the Human FNDC5 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a precise and efficient method for quantifying FNDC5 levels in biological samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
