The Human FGGamma (Fibrinogen Gamma) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of fibrinogen gamma chain levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it an indispensable tool for various research applications. The fibrinogen gamma chain is a vital component of the fibrinogen protein complex, playing a crucial role in blood clot formation and wound healing processes.
Aberrant levels of fibrinogen gamma have been associated with various diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, kidney disease, and inflammatory conditions, underscoring its importance as a biomarker for disease pathology and potential therapeutic interventions. With the Human FGGamma ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently investigate the role of fibrinogen gamma in different physiological and pathological processes, paving the way for a better understanding of disease mechanisms and the development of targeted therapies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human FGγ. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human FGγ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human FGγ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human FGγ. You can calculate the concentration of Human FGγ in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
