The Human Ferritin Light Polypeptide (FTL) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of FTL levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture samples. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.Ferritin is an important protein involved in iron storage and regulation, and abnormal levels of ferritin have been associated with various health conditions such as iron overload disorders, inflammatory diseases, and certain types of cancers.
Monitoring ferritin levels can provide valuable insights into the body's iron status and help in the diagnosis and management of related diseases. With its easy-to-use format and precise detection capabilities, the Human FTL ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying iron metabolism, iron-related disorders, and the role of ferritin in various diseases. Trust in this reliable assay to support your research and advance our understanding of ferritin biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
