Human FASL/TNFSF6 (Factor Related Apoptosis Ligand) CLIA Kit
The Human FASL (TNFSF6) Factor-Related Apoptosis Ligand CLIA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of FASL levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing consistent and accurate results, making it perfect for various research applications.FASL, also known as TNFSF6, is a vital protein involved in inducing apoptosis (programmed cell death) in certain cells. It plays a crucial role in immune responses, specifically in the regulation of cell death in lymphocytes.
Dysregulation of FASL expression has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer, making it a significant biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human FASL Factor-Related Apoptosis Ligand CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of FASL in disease pathogenesis and develop targeted treatment strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human FASL/TNFSF6. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human FASL/TNFSF6 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human FASL/TNFSF6, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human FASL/TNFSF6. You can calculate the concentration of Human FASL/TNFSF6 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
