Human Fas Apoptotic Inhibitory Molecule 3 (FAIM3) ELISA Kit
The Human FAIM3 (Fas apoptotic inhibitory molecule 3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring FAIM3 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.FAIM3 is a key protein that plays a critical role in inhibiting cell apoptosis, making it a vital factor in cell survival and immune response regulation. Dysregulation of FAIM3 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding the pathogenesis of these diseases and developing targeted treatments.
The Human FAIM3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie offers researchers a reliable and efficient way to study FAIM3 expression levels and explore its role in disease progression. With its advanced technology and easy-to-use protocols, this kit is a valuable asset for laboratories focused on unraveling the complexities of FAIM3 signaling pathways and its implications for human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
