The Human F12 (Coagulation Factor XII) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative determination of Coagulation Factor XII levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This highly sensitive and specific kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for researchers studying coagulation disorders, thrombosis, and other related conditions.Coagulation Factor XII is a critical factor in the blood clotting cascade, playing a key role in the initiation of the intrinsic pathway.
Dysregulation of Factor XII has been implicated in various thrombotic disorders, making it an important biomarker for understanding and diagnosing these conditions. With this CLIA kit, researchers can confidently measure Coagulation Factor XII levels in clinical samples, enabling a better understanding of coagulation processes and facilitating the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for coagulation-related disorders.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human F12. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human F12 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human F12, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human F12. You can calculate the concentration of Human F12 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
