Human Excitatory Amino Acid Transporter 5 (EAAT5) ELISA Kit
The Human Excitatory Amino Acid Transporter 5 (EAAT5) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of EAAT5 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.EAAT5 is a critical transporter protein involved in the regulation of excitatory amino acids in the central nervous system.
Dysregulation of EAAT5 has been linked to neurological disorders such as epilepsy and schizophrenia, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying and developing treatments for these conditions. With its superior performance and ease of use, the Human EAAT5 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of EAAT5 in neurological disorders and advance our understanding of excitatory amino acid transport mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
