The Human Erythroferrone (ERFE) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of ERFE levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research purposes.ERFE is a key regulator of iron metabolism, primarily produced in response to erythropoietic activity in the bone marrow. It plays a critical role in controlling iron availability and balance in the body, making it a valuable biomarker for studying conditions such as anemia, hemochromatosis, and other iron-related disorders.
By utilizing the Human Erythroferrone ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of ERFE in iron homeostasis and its impact on various physiological processes. This kit provides a reliable tool for studying ERFE levels in different biological samples, ultimately contributing to advancements in our understanding of iron metabolism and related diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
