The Human EPO (Erythropoietin) CLIA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring erythropoietin levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for various research purposes.Erythropoietin is a critical hormone that regulates the production of red blood cells, playing a key role in maintaining oxygen transport in the body.
Imbalances in erythropoietin levels can lead to conditions such as anemia and kidney disease, making it a valuable biomarker for diagnosing and monitoring these disorders. With the Human EPO CLIA Kit, researchers can easily study erythropoietin levels in different biological samples, helping to advance our understanding of hematological disorders and potentially leading to the development of new therapeutic strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human EPO. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human EPO and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human EPO, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human EPO. You can calculate the concentration of Human EPO in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
