Human Endoplasmic Reticulum To Nucleus Signaling 1 (ERN1) ELISA Kit
The Human ERN1 (Endoplasmic Reticulum to Nucleus Signaling 1) ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate detection of ERN1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit features high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.ERN1, also known as IRE1, is a key protein involved in the unfolded protein response (UPR) pathway, which plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis under endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress conditions. Dysregulation of the UPR pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders, making ERN1 a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.
With the Human ERN1 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure ERN1 levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying ER stress-related diseases and potential therapeutic targets. This kit offers a simple and efficient method for studying ERN1 signaling pathways and their impact on cellular processes, making it an essential tool for researchers in the field of molecular biology and biomedical science.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
