Human Electrogenic Sodium Bicarbonate Cotransporter 4 (NBC4) ELISA Kit
The Human Electrogenic Sodium Bicarbonate Cotransporter 4 (NBC4) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of NBC4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. NBC4 is a key protein involved in regulating sodium and bicarbonate ion transport in cells, playing a crucial role in pH homeostasis and acid-base balance. This ELISA kit offers high specificity and reproducibility, making it an ideal tool for research applications in the fields of physiology, neuroscience, and nephrology. With its ability to provide precise measurements of NBC4 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the function and regulation of this important transporter protein.
By studying NBC4 levels, researchers can further understand its involvement in various diseases such as hypertension, metabolic disorders, and kidney diseases. With its ability to accurately quantify NBC4 levels in biological samples, this ELISA kit is a valuable tool for advancing scientific research and drug development efforts related to ion transport and pH regulation mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
