The Human ELAV Like Protein 1 (ELAVL1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of ELAVL1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.ELAVL1, also known as Hu antigen R (HuR), is a RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It is involved in the stability and translation of mRNA, making it a key player in various biological processes including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune response.
Given its importance in regulating gene expression, ELAVL1 is a valuable biomarker for studying various diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. Understanding the role of ELAVL1 in these conditions can provide insights for potential therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Human ELAV Like Protein 1 (ELAVL1) ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable tool for studying the function and regulation of ELAVL1 in health and disease, advancing our understanding of molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
