Human EGF Like Repeats And Discoidin I Like Domains Protein 3 (EDIL-3) ELISA Kit
The Human EDIL3 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of the human EGF-like repeats and discoidin I-like domains protein 3 (EDIL3) levels in various biological samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers unmatched sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a wide range of research applications.EDIL3 is a critical protein involved in cell adhesion and tissue development, playing a crucial role in processes such as wound healing, inflammation, and angiogenesis. Dysregulation of EDIL3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying disease mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
With its advanced technology and superior performance, the Human EDIL3 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of EDIL3 in health and disease, providing valuable insights into potential diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
