Human EGF Like Domain Protein, Multiple 7 (EGFL7) ELISA Kit
The Human EGFL7 (EGF-Like Domain Protein Multiple 7) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of EGFL7 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for various research applications.EGFL7 is an important protein that belongs to the epidermal growth factor (EGF) repeat superfamily. It plays a crucial role in angiogenesis, the process of forming new blood vessels from pre-existing ones. EGFL7 is involved in regulating endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation, making it a key player in vascular development and homeostasis.
Given its significance in angiogenesis and vascular biology, EGFL7 serves as a valuable biomarker for studying diseases related to abnormal blood vessel formation, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammation. By detecting and quantifying EGFL7 levels, researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.Overall, the Human EGFL7 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for measuring EGFL7 expression levels, furthering our understanding of angiogenesis and its implications in various diseases.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
