Human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 6 (DUSP6) ELISA Kit
The Human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 6 (DUSP6) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring DUSP6 levels in human biological samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and consistent results for your research needs.DUSP6 is a key regulator of various signaling pathways, including those involved in cell growth, differentiation, and development. Dysregulation of DUSP6 has been implicated in a variety of diseases, such as cancer, inflammatory disorders, and cardiovascular conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human DUSP6 ELISA Kit, you can accurately quantify DUSP6 levels in your samples, enabling you to gain valuable insights into its role in disease pathology and therapeutic targeting. Trust in the precision and accuracy of this kit to enhance your research efforts and advance scientific knowledge in the field.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
