Human DNA Damage Inducible Transcript 3 (DDIT3) ELISA Kit
The Human DNA Damage Inducible Transcript 3 (DDIT3) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of DDIT3 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for various research applications.DDIT3, also known as CHOP (C/EBP homologous protein), is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the cellular response to DNA damage and endoplasmic reticulum stress. Dysregulation of DDIT3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders.
As such, the Human DDIT3 ELISA Kit is essential for studying the role of DDIT3 in these conditions and for identifying potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Human DDIT3 ELISA Kit from AssayGenie provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the biological functions of DDIT3 and its implications in disease pathogenesis, ultimately aiding in the development of novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
