The Human Dickkopf Related Protein 3 (DKK3) ELISA Kit is designed to quantitatively measure DKK3 levels in a variety of human biological samples. DKK3, a member of the Dickkopf family, is known for its role in modulating the Wnt signaling pathway, which regulates cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. DKK3 has been implicated in various biological processes, including tumorigenesis, development, and tissue injury response, making it a crucial target of study in research and clinical applications.
Our DKK3 ELISA Kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results critical for unraveling the involvement of DKK3 in disease mechanisms. Manufactured under stringent quality control standards, this kit guarantees robust performance and user-friendly operation, making it an indispensable tool for your scientific investigations. Trust Assay Genie's DKK3 ELISA Kit for precise quantification of this important biomarker in your research studies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human DKK3. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human DKK3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human DKK3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human DKK3. You can calculate the concentration of Human DKK3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
