Human Diphosphoinositol Polyphosphate Phosphohydrolase 3-Beta (NUDT11) ELISA Kit
The Human Diphosphoinositol polyphosphate phosphohydrolase 3 beta (NUDT11) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of NUDT11 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for various research applications.NUDT11, also known as DIPP3, is a key enzyme involved in cellular signaling pathways and nucleotide metabolism. Its dysregulation has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurological conditions, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
With this ELISA kit, researchers can accurately quantify NUDT11 levels in human samples, aiding in the discovery of novel disease mechanisms and potential treatment strategies. Its easy-to-use format and robust performance make it an indispensable tool for studying NUDT11 biology and its implications in human health and disease.
Product Name:
Human Diphosphoinositol Polyphosphate Phosphohydrolase 3-Beta (NUDT11) ELISA Kit
Matrices listed below were spiked with certain level of recombinant the index and the recovery rates were calculated by comparing the measured value to the expected amount of the index in samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note:To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
