The Human Desmocollin-2 (DSC2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure levels of Desmocollin-2 in human samples. Desmocollin-2 is a key protein involved in cell-cell adhesion, particularly in epithelial tissues, and plays a critical role in maintaining tissue integrity. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Its ease of use and reproducibility make it well-suited for a variety of research applications, from studying skin diseases and autoimmune disorders to investigating the role of Desmocollin-2 in cancer progression.
By providing valuable insights into Desmocollin-2 levels, this ELISA kit can aid researchers in understanding the mechanisms underlying various diseases and developing targeted therapies. Order yours today to start exploring the potential of Desmocollin-2 in your research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
