Human Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2) ELISA Kit
The Human Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of COX2 in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides consistent and reliable results, making it an invaluable resource for a variety of research applications.COX2 is a key enzyme involved in the electron transport chain and plays a critical role in energy production within mitochondria. Dysregulation of COX2 has been linked to various diseases, including metabolic disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, and cancer.
By quantifying COX2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Human Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit II (COX2) ELISA Kit offers a precise and efficient method for studying the role of COX2 in health and disease, ultimately advancing our understanding of mitochondrial function and its implications for human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
