Formulation:CUZD1 was filtered (0.4�m) and lyophilized in phosphate buffered saline and 5% (w/v) trehalose.
Solubility:It is recommended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. CUZD1 is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Stability:Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.

CUB and Zona Pellucida-Like Domains 1 (CUZD1) antiserum inhibits cell attachment and proliferation of ovarian cancer cells therefore may be involved in these processes. In addition, CUZD1 may also have a role in the uterus during late pregnancy and/or in trypsin activation in pancreatic acinar cells.

CUZD1 Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Glu25-Ser568) containing a total of 554 amino acids, having a calculated molecular mass of 62.2kDa and fused to a 10 aa His tag at C-Terminus.
