Human CTGF (Connective Tissue Growth Factor) CLIA Kit
The Human CTGF (Connective Tissue Growth Factor) CLIA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the accurate measurement of CTGF levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.CTGF is a key regulatory protein that plays a critical role in the growth and maintenance of connective tissues. It is involved in processes such as cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and tissue repair. Dysregulation of CTGF has been implicated in various diseases such as fibrosis, cancer, and arthritis, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and user-friendly format, the Human CTGF CLIA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of CTGF in health and disease, ultimately advancing our understanding of connective tissue biology and paving the way for potential diagnostic and treatment strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CTGF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CTGF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CTGF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CTGF. You can calculate the concentration of Human CTGF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
