Human Cross Linked C-Telopeptide Of Type II Collagen (CTXII) ELISA Kit
The Human Cross-Linked C-Telopeptide of Type II Collagen (CTX-II) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of CTX-II levels in human serum and plasma samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.CTX-II is a biomarker of cartilage degradation, particularly in conditions such as osteoarthritis. By measuring CTX-II levels, researchers can better understand the progression of cartilage degradation and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for managing joint diseases.
With its easy-to-use protocol and high-quality components, the Human CTX-II ELISA Kit is an essential tool for studying cartilage degradation and its implications in musculoskeletal disorders. Get reliable and reproducible results with this advanced assay kit.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
