The Human Creatine Transporter (CRT) ELISA Kit offered by AssayGenie is a powerful tool for measuring creatine transporter levels in human samples. This kit is specifically designed for accurate detection of CRT in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with precise and reliable results.Creatine transporter is essential for the transport of creatine into cells, where it plays a crucial role in energy metabolism and muscle function. Dysregulation of CRT has been associated with various health conditions, including muscular dystrophy, kidney disorders, and neurological diseases.
By studying CRT levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into these conditions and potentially identify new therapeutic avenues. With high sensitivity and specificity, the Human CRT ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is an indispensable tool for any research focused on creatine transporter biology. Trust AssayGenie for accurate and reproducible results in your studies of CRT and its implications for human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
