Human Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Binding Protein (CRHBP) ELISA Kit
The Human Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone Binding Protein (CRHBP) ELISA Kit is the perfect tool for detecting levels of CRHBP in human samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CRHBP is a key protein that binds to corticotropin-releasing hormone, also known as CRH, and influences its activity in regulating the body's response to stress. Studies have shown that dysregulation of the CRH system is associated with various stress-related disorders, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Therefore, accurate measurement of CRHBP levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Whether studying the neuroendocrine system, stress response mechanisms, or psychiatric disorders, the Human CRHBP ELISA Kit is an essential tool for any researcher looking to delve deeper into the intricate pathways of stress regulation and its impact on human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
