Human Complement Factor H Related Protein 5 (CFHR5) ELISA Kit
The Human Complement Factor H-Related Protein 5 (CFHR5) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of CFHR5 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring reliable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.CFHR5 is a key player in the complement system, which is responsible for regulating the immune response and maintaining immune homeostasis. Dysregulation of CFHR5 has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and kidney diseases.
As such, this ELISA kit is crucial for studying the role of CFHR5 in disease pathogenesis and identifying potential therapeutic targets. With its user-friendly protocol and high-quality components, the Human CFHR5 ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers seeking to unravel the complex mechanisms underlying immune-related diseases and develop novel treatment strategies. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
