The Human Complement C3 Convertase (C3C) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise detection of C3C levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results to meet the needs of various research applications.Complement C3 Convertase is a critical component of the complement system, playing a key role in the immune response by facilitating the cleavage of complement C3 into biologically active fragments. Dysregulation of the complement system has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and infectious diseases.
Therefore, the measurement of C3C levels can provide valuable insights into the immune response and disease pathogenesis, making this ELISA kit an indispensable tool for researchers studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic strategies. In conclusion, the Human Complement C3 Convertase (C3C) ELISA Kit offers a reliable and efficient solution for the quantitative assessment of C3C levels in human samples, enabling researchers to gain a better understanding of the role of the complement system in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
