The Human Complement 1q (C1q) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to detect and quantify levels of Complement 1q in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Complement 1q is a key component of the complement system, which plays a critical role in the immune response by enhancing the clearance of pathogens and facilitating inflammation. Dysregulation of the complement system has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions.
Therefore, monitoring levels of Complement 1q can provide valuable insights into the immune response and pathogenesis of these diseases.Whether you are studying immunology, inflammation, or infectious diseases, the Human Complement 1q (C1q) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to better understand the role of the complement system in health and disease. With its reliable and reproducible results, this kit is an essential addition to any laboratory conducting research in the field of immunology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
