Human Colony Stimulating Factor 1, Macrophage (MCSF) ELISA Kit
The Human Colony Stimulating Factor 1 (CSF-1) Macrophage ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring CSF-1 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring precise and consistent results for various research applications.CSF-1, also known as Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor, plays a critical role in the differentiation, survival, and function of macrophages, key immune cells involved in inflammation and tissue repair. Dysregulation of CSF-1 levels has been associated with various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these pathologies and potential therapeutic targets.
With its advanced technology and user-friendly protocols, the Human CSF-1 Macrophage ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is a valuable tool for researchers and clinicians in the fields of immunology, oncology, and inflammation research. Get reliable and accurate results to advance your research with this high-quality ELISA kit.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
