Human Coiled Coil Domain Containing Protein 80 (CCDC80) ELISA Kit
The Human Coiled-Coil Domain Containing Protein 80 (CCDC80) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of CCDC80 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results that are ideal for a variety of research applications.CCDC80 is a protein that contains coiled-coil domains and is involved in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion and migration.
Dysregulation of CCDC80 has been implicated in several diseases, such as cancer and fibrosis, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially developing targeted therapies.By utilizing the Human CCDC80 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently measure CCDC80 levels in human samples, gaining insight into its role in disease pathology and facilitating the development of novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
