Human Cluster Of Differentiation 99 (CD99) ELISA Kit
The Human Cluster of Differentiation 99 (CD99) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of CD99 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.CD99 is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling processes. It is involved in various cellular functions, including immune response, neuronal development, and tumor progression.
Because of its diverse functions, CD99 is considered a valuable biomarker for studying diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.By using the Human CD99 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure CD99 levels in human samples, allowing for a better understanding of its role in disease development and progression. This kit provides a convenient and efficient tool for studying CD99 and its implications in different physiological and pathological processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
