The Human CKLF (Chemokine Like Factor) ELISA Kit allows for the quantitative assessment of CKLF levels in various samples of human origin. CKLF is a chemokine-like protein involved in immune responses and inflammation modulation. It plays a role in cell migration, differentiation, and activation, making it important in various physiological and pathological processes. Elevated CKLF levels can be indicative of inflammatory conditions or immune-related diseases, serving as a valuable biomarker for research and clinical investigations. Accurate measurement of CKLF is crucial for understanding its role in immune regulation and potential disease implications.
This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. With stringent quality controls in manufacturing, the kit delivers robust performance and ease of use, making it suitable for diverse applications in both research and clinical settings. Rely on Assay Genie's CKLF ELISA Kit for precise and dependable quantification of this chemokine-like factor in your studies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CKLF. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CKLF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CKLF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human CKLF. You can calculate the concentration of Human CKLF in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
