The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (CG) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of human chorionic gonadotropin levels in various biological samples such as serum, plasma, and urine. This kit offers exceptional specificity, allowing for precise and reliable results in research and clinical applications.Chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced during pregnancy, commonly known as the pregnancy hormone. Elevated levels of CG in the body can indicate pregnancy or other medical conditions such as trophoblastic disease and certain types of cancer.
This ELISA kit enables researchers and healthcare professionals to easily measure CG levels, aiding in the diagnosis and monitoring of these conditions.Whether studying reproductive health, pregnancy-related complications, or cancer biology, the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin ELISA Kit provides a valuable tool for accurate quantification of CG levels, contributing to a better understanding of the physiological and pathological roles of this important hormone.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
