Human Cholecystokinin A Receptor (CCKAR) ELISA Kit
The Human Cholecystokinin-A Receptor (CCKAR) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the sensitive detection of CCKAR levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and accuracy, enabling researchers to obtain consistent and trustworthy results for various research applications. The CCKAR is a crucial receptor involved in mediating the effects of cholecystokinin, a peptide hormone important for regulating digestion and appetite. Dysregulation of the CCKAR signaling pathway has been implicated in various gastrointestinal disorders, making it a key target for studying and developing potential treatments for these conditions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human CCKAR ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers investigating the role of CCKAR in health and disease. Its reliable performance and precise measurements make it an essential asset for advancing our understanding of CCKAR biology and its potential implications in therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
