Human Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 3 (CXCR3) ELISA Kit
The Human Chemokine C-X-C Motif Receptor 3 (CXCR3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers seeking to accurately measure levels of CXCR3 in human biological samples. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, providing reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CXCR3 is a key chemokine receptor involved in inflammatory responses and immune cell recruitment. Dysregulation of CXCR3 has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer.
By measuring CXCR3 levels in biological samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. With its ease of use and high performance, the Human CXCR3 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers interested in studying the role of CXCR3 in health and disease. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
