The Human Chemokine C Motif Ligand 2 (XCL2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring XCL2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.XCL2 is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in immune responses and inflammation by attracting and activating immune cells. Dysregulation of XCL2 has been associated with various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer.
By measuring XCL2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune system and potentially develop new therapies for these diseases.Overall, the Human Chemokine C Motif Ligand 2 (XCL2) ELISA Kit offers a comprehensive solution for studying the role of XCL2 in health and disease, providing researchers with the tools needed to advance their understanding of immune responses and inflammatory processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
