Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 2 (CCR2) ELISA Kit
The Human CCR2 (Chemokine C-C motif receptor 2) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of CCR2 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high level of sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.CCR2 is a critical receptor involved in the immune response and inflammation processes. It plays a significant role in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer.
By measuring CCR2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this receptor in disease progression and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. The Human CCR2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a reliable and efficient tool for studying the function and regulation of CCR2 in various physiological and pathological conditions. Its ease of use and robust performance make it an indispensable resource for researchers looking to advance their understanding of CCR2 biology.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
