Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 1 (CCL1) ELISA Kit
The Human CCL1 (C-C motif ligand 1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of CCL1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.CCL1, also known as I-309, is a key chemokine involved in immune response regulation and inflammation. It plays a crucial role in recruiting immune cells to sites of infection or injury, contributing to the body's defense mechanism.
Dysregulation of CCL1 has been linked to various inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human CCL1 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for quantifying CCL1 levels in human samples, enabling a deeper understanding of its role in immune response modulation and its potential implications in disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
