Human Chaperonin Containing TCP1, Subunit 2 (CCT2) ELISA Kit
The Human Chaperonin Containing TCP1 Subunit 2 (CCT2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of CCT2 in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it perfect for a variety of research purposes.CCT2 is a critical protein involved in protein folding and assembly, playing a key role in maintaining cellular function and integrity.
Dysregulation of CCT2 has been linked to various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially identifying new therapeutic approaches. With the Human Chaperonin Containing TCP1 Subunit 2 (CCT2) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure CCT2 levels in human samples, advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
